Brewing Hints:
Fill 1/4 to the teapot with tea leaves. Pour in fresh boiled water at 95 ℃-100℃, and drain the tea infusion immediately. The purpose is for opening up and moisten tea leaves for better flavour when steeping. Then refill the teapot with 95 ℃-100℃ fresh boiled water, infuse for 30 sec to extract the full flavour. Tea is ready to serve.
