How to shorten the delivery period?

You can choose our courier service to deliver your order. The shipping fee for East Malaysia is RM38 for the first 3Kg and adds RM10 for additional 1Kg each.
*RM38 (East Malaysia*) will be imposed for purchase of less than RM88.
If you using a Purple Cane Cash vouchers, delivery fees will be waive with a minimum spent of RM88 (West Malaysia, After deducting value of Cash Voucher).

*When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our courier service only deliver between 9.00am until 5.00pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

**Shipping period depends on the courier companies. Usually courier companies manage to deliver the product within 3 to 5 working days after shipment starts. However, if there are weekends and public holidays, shipping can take longer time.

International shipping fee is based on the weight of your order. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.
The delivery service is provided by POS Malaysia Normal Air Mail. POS Malaysia delivery services are available for the most of the country.

All orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any customer or import duties are charged once the parcel reached its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

** International shipping usually takes longer (around 14 working days) compared to domestic shipping due to the distance and custom clearance.
