With any purchase of RM300 or above at the Purple Cane Tea Art Centre, you are entitled to the application of "Purple Cane Gold Card". The card is valid once the completed form is approved by the Purple Cane Gold Card department.

● Purple Cane Gold Card is not transferable and remains the property of Purple Cane Holdings Sdn Bhd.
● Please present Purple Cane Gold Card before consuming at any authorized outlet for identification purposes.
● Discount entitled to the card holder is not applicable in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.
● Discount facility not applicable for alcoholic drinks and special offer set meals.
● Tax and service charges are not discountable for food and beverage.
● Purple Cane Gold Card should be renewed while expired, a renewal procedure is required to process.

How to enjoy Gold Card member privilege on Purple Cane e-Shop?

● Step 1: Please register as an online user.
● Setp 2: Email your IC Number and Gold Card Number to crm@purplecane.my to verify.
● Step 3: Once our CRM department verified your data, you will be noticed by an email and you can enjoyed your privilege instantly.

Purple Cane Gold Card Member Renwal Info
● All Existing Purple Cane Gold Card Member will auto renew the membership till 31st December 2012.
● Free of Charge.
● Existing member card still can be used.
● Gold Card can be exchanged at all Purple Cane Outlets. For card exchenge, RM15.00 will be charged.
● A <Free Gift> will be given away while Gold Card exchange or renew their Gold Card.
