When steeped in boiling water, the buds open up and unfurl into translucent white petals. Brewing Hint
Add a few chrysanthemum into glass, pour in fresh boiled water at 100°c, steep for approx, 3-5 minutes, serve. Drink it plain if prefer a rather natural refreshing taste and aroma. Alternatively, add in rock sugar, honey or Chinese wolfberry to enhance its thirst quenching effect.
