The raw green tea is taken through laborious pile-fermentation process before it is steamed and compressed into ripe tea cakes. Brewing hints: Break off Ding Ji Compressed Round Tea. Fill ¼ of teapot with tea leaves. Pour in fresh boiled water at 95°C, and drain the tea infusion immediately. The purpose is for opening up and moisten leaves for better flavor when steeping. Then refill then teapot with 95°Cfresh boiled water, infuse for 30 seconds to 40 seconds to extract the full flavor and serve.
