Brewing hints: Break off the puer round tea. Fill ¼ of the teapot with tea leaves. Pour in fresh boiled water at 95°C, and drain the tea infusion immediately. The purpose is for opening up and moisten leaves for better flavor when steeping. Then refill the teapot with 95°C fresh boiled water, infuse for 30 seconds to 40 seconds to extract the full flavor. Tea is ready to serve.
