Break off the puer tuo tea. Fill ¼ of the teapot with the tea leaves. Pour in fresh boiled water at 95°C, and drain the tea infusion immediately. The purpose is for opening up and moisten tea leaves for better flavor when steeping. Refill the teapot with 95°C fresh boiled water, infuse for 30 seconds to 40 seconds to extract the full flavor. Tea is ready to serve.
