Brewing Hints:

Fill 1/4 or 1/5 to the teapot with tea leaves. Pour in fresh boiled water at 95 ℃, and drain the tea infusion immediately. The purpose is for opening up and moisten tea leaves for better flavour when steeping. Then refill the teapot with 95 ℃ fresh boiled water, infuse for 30 sec to extract the full flavour. Tea is ready to serve.

Brew time: 1st brew 40sec, 2nd brew 30sec, 3rd brew 40sec
