How long has it been since you met your loved ones? Counting down to The Fifteenth Night, where the moon is round and bright, how about planning a virtual Mid-Autumn Reunion with a pot of premium brew and some delightful tea infused mooncakes?
As much as we would love to have physical gatherings and reunions this Mid-Autumn, the recommended way now is to stay home, abide with SOP and practise social distancing. It can still be a warm and joyous celebration so here are some tips from us:
Connecting with family and friends from afar is no longer an issue when we are now equipped with platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Set a date and time and prepare some tea and mooncake while reminiscing about old memories before the pandemic. Taking a sip of the same tea or enjoying mooncakes together makes it feels like we are all physically together and draws the distance closer.
Prepare a few fun board games, temporarily put aside the electronic products, and have a family fun. Don’t forget to try solving those lantern riddles we’ve included with every mooncake. You can even give out prizes to add on to the fun.
