聖誕下午茶的美味茶點-司空餅(英式烤餅) Christmas Tea Time Delights Scones

說到喝茶,常常都會與一些小茶點挂鈎,尤其是西式下午茶。

聖誕節嘛,最匹配的下午茶茶點大概非司空餅(英式烤餅)不可了。

司空餅制作並不難,家中如果有小朋友也可以讓他們動手學習做做看。



司空餅(12份)

自發面粉3杯

牛油80克

牛奶1杯

糖3湯匙

蔓越莓/葡萄幹半杯

雞蛋1顆



所需時間30分鍾

1)首先,把材料准備好,並把烤箱預熱200度。

2)把自發面粉及牛油混合,用手慢慢把兩種材料搓合均勻。

3)加入牛奶,糖及蔓越莓,慢慢將所有材料拌成面團,這時候千萬不要過分搓揉,否則面團會起筋,就有類似面包的口感,不夠松。

4)把面團桿成適當的厚度,切成12份,在表面搽上少許蛋液(素食者可改用牛奶)。

5)送進烤箱烤20分鍾至金黃色。

6)准備淡奶油和果醬,再泡杯伯爵茶或正山小種紅茶,便可享受一個優雅的聖誕午後了。


Sweet or savoury snacks are often served together with tea during a traditional English tea time.

The perfect choice of snack to offer during tea time on a merry Christmas afternoon would be scones.

It is easy to bake scones. It can be fun to have kids involved in the scone baking session and it is definitely a good learning experience for them.



Scones (Recipe for 12 people)

3 Cups Self-Rising Flour

80 Grams Butter

1 Cup Milk

3 Table Spoons Sugar

½ Cup Cranberries / Raisins

1 pc Egg



Preparation time: 30 minutes

1) First, measure all the ingredients accordingly. Preheat the oven at 200C.

2) Gently combine both the self-rising flour and butter in a mixing bowl with hands.

3) Add in milk, sugar and cranberries into the dough and knead lightly until all the ingredients are evenly combined. Do not over knead as the protein formed from an over-knead dough will produce a tough and chewy texture scone.

4) Roll the dough into a flat sheet. Cut dough into 12 portions. Lightly brush the top surface of the dough with egg. (For vegetarian, replace egg with milk)

5) Put dough into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown.

6) Get ready some unsalted butter and fruit jam, brew a cup of Earl Grey tea or Lapsang Shouchong Black Tea and have an enjoyable tea time on a joyous Christmas afternoon.
