綠茶屬於沒有經過發酵工序的一種茶,是將采下的鮮葉 攤放、殺青(炒茶)、做形、幹燥而成,即變化不會很大,是鮮葉中的成份保存得較多的茶,故此茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡因、維生素C等有益成分的含量也相對較高。

將喝茶規劃成為一種生活飲食習慣,每日恰當飲用綠茶,可為人體帶來保健效益比如:茶多酚具有較強的抑制轉換酶活性的作用,因而可以起到降低或保持血壓穩定的作用。茶多酚可以增強消化道的蠕動,因而也就有助於食物的消化,預防消化器官疾病的發生。

如何恰當地飲用綠茶呢?
一.要註意茶葉品質,盡可能找一些良好品質的茶來泡飲,這樣才會事半功倍。

二.別餓著肚子喝茶,空腹喝茶有點刺激感,在餐後飲用較合適。

三.茶別泡得過濃,濃茶會加重身體的負擔。每一次應該把茶泡出它應有的風味,這樣喝起來才身心愉快。不要以為現在喝茶是為了保健,不必在乎味道好不好。我們要懂得好好把握享受食物、茶和所有事物,身體才會產生正能量。

四.不要喝過量的茶,什麽叫作過量?它並沒有一個固定的標準,因為每個人擁有不一樣的體質、飲食習慣與生活作息的方式,鼓勵大家先試試一天三餐後各喝一杯(約咖啡杯大小,120毫升),建立習慣的過程要很細心留意自己的身體運作與變化,聽聽身體的話,他在告訴你他覺得舒服還是不悅?舒服就表示喝對了,若果有點抗拒感,表示要減量。

五.記住,喝茶的同時也要喝足夠量的白開水。茶和水是不同物質,不能代替。


Green tea is non-fermented. Picked fresh leaves go through a process of spreading out, fixing (panning), rolling and drying. As such, it undergoes comparatively little changes. More of the leaves’ natural components are preserved, and there are higher contents of health-benefitting polyphenols, amino acids, caffeine, Vitamin C, etc.

Developing a habit of tea drinking is recommended. Daily intake of green tea in an appropriate manner is good for our health. For example, polyphenols have a stronger inhibitory effect on the converting enzyme activity, thus helping our body to reduce or stabilise blood pressure. Polyphenols also promote the movement of our digestive tract, which in turn helps food digestion and prevents ailment of our digestive organs.

How to drink green tea in an appropriate manner?

1. Pay attention to the quality of the tea. Stay with good quality tea to reap its health benefit.

2. Don’t drink tea on empty stomach as it will cause minor stimulation. It is advisable to have tea after meals.

3. Overly strong tea, a burden to our body, should be avoided. Bring out the best possible flavour and aroma of each tea is the key objective in tea brewing; this is the way to a pleasant beverage. The fact that tea matters to our health doesn't mean that it doesn't matter to our taste. We must learn to enjoy or appreciate food, tea and all other things to fill our body with positive energy.

4. Don’t drink tea excessively. How much is “excessive”? There is no hard and fast rule simply because we are different people with different body constitution, eating habits and lifestyle. One cup of tea (about the size of a coffee mug, 120 ml) after each meal in a day is recommended. Carefully observe your body’s reaction and changes – listen to your body. Is it doing fine? If you feel comfortable, it means the amount is just right; if the body resists a little, it means you have to reduce the amount.

5. Remember to drink sufficient amount of water, too. Tea is different from water; they cannot replace each other.
