As ideal body weight is one of our health concerns, we all know that overweight and underweight are equally unhealthy.
Maintaining ideal body weight doesn't mean losing weight irrationally. Ladies in particular have to understand this, and they shall not keep slim insensibly for the sake of compliment and pleasing others' judgement.
Being overweight isn't good and neither is being underweight. The beauty of a lady is not entirely a matter of appearance and body figure – it also includes her self-confidence to go for her dream, as well as herself feeling comfortable with her own life.
Ladies shall always be sensible and rational when it comes to maintaining ideal body weight. This is particularly true when they are taking care of their family's diet and health. They shall be alert of unscrupulous weight-loss methods which may affect their family.
When it comes to keeping slim and ideal weight, we shall not overlook the following details as well –
Firstly, we are lack of physical exercise when we spend long hours commuting to and from home to work place, and maintaining sitting posture at work for too long. Therefore, regular exercise is essential.
Secondly, opt for natural food and drinks. Reduce the intake of processed food, sugar and salt to avoid accumulation of excess body fat.
Thirdly, drink tea habitually – for tea ingredients help prevent obesity and enhance metabolism.
Fourthly, keep a weighing scale at home for daily assess to control weight.
