玫瑰奶香馒头 Rose Milk Bun

材料:紫玫瑰8克,高筋面粉500克,糖50克,酵母粉5克,小苏打粉3克,盐5克,油8克,鲜奶240克。
Ingredients: 8g Rose, 500g Flour, 50g sugar, 3g active dry yeast, 3g baking soda, 5g salt, 8g cooking oil, 240g fresh milk.

1)5克紫玫瑰加入鲜奶煮至温热,摊凉。
2)将所有材料混合及剩余的紫玫瑰,酌量加入鲜奶,边加边搅拌,并揉成面团。
3)让面团发酵至两倍大(约45分钟)。
4)取出发好的面团,揉面并分成10等份。再次发酵约20-30分钟。
5)放进蒸炉蒸15分钟,焖3分钟开盖出炉。

1) Steep 5 grams roses into warm milk.
2) Prepare all ingredients into a large bowl. Pour the milk slowly to the bowl and stir. Then knead the flour into smooth and soft dough.
3) Let the dough rest for around 45 minutes or until the dough doubles in size.
4) Re-knead until the surface of the dough smooth again. Cut to smaller pieces, and rest for another 20-30 minutes.
5) Place the buns into steamer and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the fire and wait for around 3 minutes before serving.
