Puer Tea

Puer 普洱 (pǔ ěr) is ostensibly the most famous fermented tea. There are two styles of Puer, Sheng Puer and Shu Puer. Puer tea leaves are compressed into shapes as Bing Cha (饼茶), Fang Cha (方茶), Tuo Cha (沱茶), Jin Gua Cha (金瓜茶), Jin Cha (紧茶) for 3 reasons: presentation, aging, and dosing.
