Choice of brewing vessel: Purple clay, glass, porcelain, or ceramic brewing vessel

Brewing Hints:
Add 1 pc of tea into the brewing vessel with capacity of 250ml. Pour in fresh boiled water at 95°C, steep for approximately 30 seconds to extract the full flavour. Serve. Re-steep the leaves in a similar manner to enjoy the tea as it develops from steep to steep; continue re-steeping until the leaves are exhausted of flavour.

Choice of brewing vessel: Purple clay, glass, porcelain, or ceramic brewing vessel

Brewing Hints 1:
Carefully transfer the tea leaves from green mandarin orange peel to brewing vessel. Break off 2 to 3 small pieces of orange peel as the size of a thumb. (Amount can vary according to personal taste), add to the brewing vessel filled with tea leaves. Pour in fresh boiled water at ≥95°C and drain the tea infusion immediately.
First brew is not for drinking, the purpose is for unfurl and moisten tea leaves, it helps develop the full flavour of tea for a satisfying brew. For second brew, refill the brewing vessel with boiled water at ≥95°C, steep for approximately 30 seconds until the infusion turns orange-red. Pour and serve. It is good for several brews. Re-steeping the leaves and peels in a similar manner to enjoy the tea as it develops from steep to steep; continue re-steeped until it is exhausted of flavour.
