DOMESTIC SHIPPING


A) West Malaysia

- Free Shipping to West Malaysia with minimum spend RM100.

- For orders below RM100, RM8 Shipping Fees.


B) East Malaysia

- Shipping fee is based on product weight of your order. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.

For domestic shipping:

1) Once we received your order completely with payment, we will process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 7 working days. Please allow an extra 3-5 working days during peak season.


2) When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our courier service only deliver between 9.00am until 5.00pm, and may require a signature upon receiving.


3) It is best to ensure that your receiver for your shipment is available to receive your parcel. If the receiver's location is closed, the shipment will be returned to nearest courier branch for recipient self-pick up or re-dispatch is required at buyer's cost.


*No delivery on weekends and public holiday.


*Above offer not applicable for CNY hampers delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


1) International shipping fee is based on the weight of your order. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout page..


2) The courier service is provided by Sing Post. Sing Post courier services are available for the most of the countries.


3) All orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any customer or import duties are charged once the parcel reached its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


4) Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may need to contact your local customs office for the charges and import rules. We strongly suggest to contact your local customs office for current charges and restriction rules before order.

** International shipping usually takes longer (around 14 working days) compared to domestic shipping due to the distance and custom clearance.

SELF PICK UP 


Free self pick up service at Purple Cane Stores


Self pick up procedures:

  1. Please provide order number and contact number upon collection for verifications. 
  2. Orders will be ready within 14 working days once order is received. We will inform you once your order is ready to be collected. 
  3. Order will be auto cancelled if Buyer does not collect within 30 working days.

Return 


For Goods purchased that are verified and agreed by the Website where the defective or faulty Goods is a result caused by external factors (for example during delivery process), or wrong Goods delivered, Buyer will be entitled to exchange for the same Goods within [7] working days. The returned Goods must be delivered to the Website’s pick up and payment centre.


To be eligible for a return, Goods must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The Goods must be in the original packaging. 

The Goods need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.




Refund 


Order refund only applicable for the below circumstances:

1) Goods discontinued


2) Purple Cane has failed to deliver the Goods compliant with the Contract or within a reasonable time


3) Goods malfunction or wrong Goods delivered

In accordance with the above circumstances, Buyer will be entitled to request refund within [7] working days from the Goods received upon the verification and agreed by the Website.  


For Pre-Order Goods, refund is not applicable.

For Buyer that chooses the online banking method (through our payment gateway Razer or Paypal), Buyer will need to provide the bank details and identity number to Purple Cane. 

There is an estimated 7 to 14 working days for the refund process, and the refund amount will be made to buyer bank accounts or account credit.

 

All refund or exchange for any Goods purchased must be returned to us within 7 working days upon receiving the Goods upon return accepted. Purple Cane shall not entertain any further dispute after 7 working days from the received date.
