Public Bank 60% Cash Back Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicable to customers with PB Debit Card and required to spend a minimum amount of RM30 and above at all Purple Cane Retail outlets (nationwide) and / or Purple Cane E-Shop at purplecane.my
  1. Cash Back capped at RM20 per cardmember per month, on a first-come, first-served basis
  1. This campaign applicable to all normal price items, nett price items.
  1. Purple Cane Gold Card Member Birthday Discount is not entitled for this Cash Back campaign.

Duration of Campaign

This Campaign shall commence from 15th November 2020 until 31st December 2020 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension or early termination thereof shall be at the sole discretion of Purple Cane Enterprise Sdn Bhd, and Public Bank Berhad (Purple Cane and Public Bank are referred to collectively as “Organisers”).


Eligibility and Campaign Mechanics

  1. Cashback Campaign
  • This Campaign shall be applicable to all Customers who hold PB Debit Cards (“Customers”).
  1. The PB Debit Cards which are eligible for the Campaign are as follows :-

  1. Customers must spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction (“Transaction”) at any participating Purple Cane outlet and / or Purple Cane eShop at purplecane.my and pay using PB Debit Cards to enjoy the 60% Cash Back (“Cash back”).
  1. 60% Cash Back : All payments to Purple Cane retail outlets and / or eShop at purplecane.my must be charged to PB Debit Card.
  1. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to a maximum (capped) Cash Back of RM20 per cardmember per month on a first-come, first-served basis.
  1. The Cash Back payout will be credited to Eligible Customer’s account within FOUR (4) to TWELVE (12) weeks after the end of each subsequent month and upon fulfilment of all the terms and conditions listed.
  1. The Cash Back payout is non-transferable to any 3rd party and is non-exchangeable for upfront cash or kind.

  1. PB Debit Card Account is protected by PIDM up to RM250,000 for each depositor



Other Terms & Conditions

  1. The Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Campaign Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to vary, modify, delete or change any of the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Campaign Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the customers to claim any compensation from the Company for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the customers as a result of the said cancellation, extension, suspension or termination.
  2. The Company reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with of equal or greater value, if deemed necessary.
  3. This Campaign is governed by the laws of Malaysia and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  4. If for any reason any part of this Campaign is incapable of running as planned, the Company may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign, or invalidate any affected entries without any further liability or any obligation to continue the Campaign.
  5. The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these Terms & Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining parts and each part of these Terms & Conditions is distinct and at all times severable from the rest of the Terms & Conditions.
  6. The Company will not be responsible or liable for any claims, loss or damage whatsoever, resulting from or in connection with this Campaign or the prizes given out through this Campaign.
  7. The Company is the final authority to decide on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to any other matters relating to this Campaign.
  8. All others from Purple Cane’s Terms and Conditions apply.
