Originating from Tongxiang of Zhejiang Province, China.

Baby Chrysanthemum is made from the choicest first buds of Hangzhou White Chrysanthemum. Uniform in size, this delicate golden tiny buds unfurl into multi layers of overlapping petals when steeped in hot water, produces a clear, bright yellow infusion with a very gentle, sweet taste and elegant aroma. This is a soothing drink one can enjoyed any time of the day or night.

It is a famed chrysanthemum for beverage. Rich in chlorophyll, amino acids, anthocyanidin, luteolin, and trace vitamins. Frequent consumption will help relieve internal heatiness, improve the vision, calm our nerves and keep health gradually.

Brewing The Perfect Cup

Choice of brewing vessel: Glass

Brewing Hints:
Add 12-15 pcs baby chrysanthemums into brewing vessel with capacity of about 250ml.
Pour in fresh boiled water at 100°C.
Steep tor approximately 5 minutes.
Drink it plain it prefer a rather natural refreshing taste and aroma.
Alternatively, add in rock sugar, honey or goji berry to enhance its thirst quenching effect.

Storage: Keep away from sunlight, heat, moisture and odour. It is best to keep in airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

Reminder:
The chrysanthemum will release its contents of chlorophyll and anthocyanidin after extended steeping. The tea infusion may turn green from bright yellow. It is normal and safe for drinking.
